Vehicle state is essential for active safety stability control. However, the accurate measurement of some vehicle states is difficult to achieve without the use of expensive equipment. To improve estimation accuracy in real time, this paper proposes an estimator of vehicle velocity based on the adaptive unscented Kalman filter (AUKF) for an in‐wheel‐motored electric vehicle (IWMEV). Given the merits of an independent drive structure, the tire forces of the IWMEV can be directly calculated through a vehicle dynamic model. Additionally, by means of the normalized innovation square, the validity of vehicle velocity estimation can be detected, and the sliding window length can be adjusted adaptively; thus, the steady‐state error and the dynamic performance of the IWMEV are demonstrated to be simultaneously improved over an alternative approach in comparisons. Then, an adaptive adjustment strategy for the noise covariance matrices is introduced to overcome the impact of parameter uncertainties. The numerically simulated and experimental results prove that the proposed vehicle velocity estimator based on AUKF not only improves estimation accuracy but also possesses strong robustness against parameter uncertainties. The deployment of the estimation algorithm by using a single‐chip microcomputer verifies the strong real‐time performance and easy‐to‐implement characteristics of the proposed algorithm.  相似文献

This paper concerns the multi‐plant networked control system with external perturbations by applying the adaptive model‐based event‐triggered control strategy. Compared with existing works, we introduce multiple plants topology in order to smooth the information exchanges among different plants. Gained insight into the adaptive model features in the view of event‐triggered thought, the event‐triggered rules, determining when the control inputs update, are obtained using the Lyapunov technique to reduce the communication cost. By designing some adaptive updating laws combined with the concept of event‐triggered, the unknown parameters in uncertain multi‐plant networked control systems are real‐time online estimated and adjusted with respect to the relevant nominal systems at event‐triggered instants. To avoid Zeno phenomena, a lower bound of event‐triggered execution interval is discussed. Furthermore, given the external perturbations, gain stability theory is introduced to analyze the stability of multi‐plant networked control systems with bounded perturbations, and then the sufficient conditions related to the multiple plants topology structure are derived. Finally, a numerical simulation is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of our theoretic results.  相似文献

In this paper, the limited multiple models system identification scheme with third‐level adaptation is proposed to build the virtual identification model for the control of the closed‐loop system. First, the dynamical switching identification models subbank is constructed based on the performance index. Next, the virtual identification model is build through the combination of the identification models in the dynamical switching subbank. Then, the combination proportion of the models is adaptively tuning with the third‐level adaptation. The main contribution of this paper is that the proposed dynamical system identification method can overcome system resources waste of the multiple models switching with second‐level adaptation, and it does not require that all of the identification models combine directly. Finally, the simulation is provided to illustrate its effectiveness.  相似文献

针对基于局部熵进行加密图像视觉安全性评估存在块效应的局限性,引入图像的边缘特征,通过共有边缘来衡量加密图像与原始图像的边缘相似度,消除了块效应。由于局部熵对加密等级低的图像不敏感,边缘相似度对加密等级高的图像不敏感,将两个评估方法进行自适应融合,提出[SLEES](Local Entropy and Edge Similarity,[SLEES])指标。通过改变图像像素位置和图像像素值的加密方式处理图像和视频帧进行测试,实验结果表明,[SLEES]指标相比传统评估指标有更好的鲁棒性,评估范围更广。  相似文献

5G standard uses millimeter wave band to realize communication. In order to cover more reasonable in 5G communication system, beamforming technology must be adopted. To speed up the convergence, a novel algorithm based on the SWO criterion is proposed which can be applied in millimeter wave communication. The simulation results show that compared with other beamform- ing algorithms, the proposed algorithm can achieve higher convergence speed and is more realizable.  相似文献

Exhaustive attempts are made in recent decades to improve the performance of thermoelectric materials that are utilized for waste heat‐to‐electricity conversion. Energy filtering of charge carriers is directed toward enhancing the material thermopower. This paper focuses on the theoretical concepts, experimental evidence, and the authors' view of energy filtering in the context of thermoelectric materials. Recent studies suggest that not all materials experience this effect with the same intensity. Although this effect theoretically demonstrates improvement of the thermopower, applying it poses certain constraints, which demands further research. Predicated on data documented in literature, the unusual dependence of the thermopower and conductivity upon charge carrier concentrations can be altered through the energy filtering approach. Upon surmounting the physical constraints discussed in this article, thermoelectric materials research may gain a new direction to enhance the power factor and thermoelectric figure of merit.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Learning parameters of a probabilistic model is a necessary step in machine learning tasks. We present a method to improve learning from small datasets by using monotonicity conditions. Monotonicity simplifies the learning and it is often required by users. We present an algorithm for Bayesian Networks parameter learning. The algorithm and monotonicity conditions are described, and it is shown that with the monotonicity conditions we can better fit underlying data. Our algorithm is tested on artificial and empiric datasets. We use different methods satisfying monotonicity conditions: the proposed gradient descent, isotonic regression EM, and non-linear optimization. We also provide results of unrestricted EM and gradient descent methods. Learned models are compared with respect to their ability to fit data in terms of log-likelihood and their fit of parameters of the generating model. Our proposed method outperforms other methods for small sets, and provides better or comparable results for larger sets.  相似文献

Heterogeneous sensor networks (HSN) find a wide range of applications in the field of military and civilian environments, where sensor nodes are utilized to estimate the position of a target with both dynamics and control input being unknown for the purposes of tracking. In the HSN, nodes are considered active depending upon their ability to sense the target output while the others are taken passive. Accurate estimation requires local information exchange among the spatially located sensor nodes, so that the active nodes as well as the passive nodes converge simultaneously to the same value. The local information exchange among the nodes is dictated by a connected graph. By using the criterion of collective observability, a novel distributed adaptive estimation scheme is introduced via adaptive observer where the nodes are allowed to have different sensor modalities. Using the estimated information, a subset of active and passive nodes, referred to as mobile nodes, can track the moving target. By using a constant state feedback controller at each mobile node, the state and parameter estimation as well as the tracking errors are shown to be uniformly ultimately bounded. Simulation results verify theoretical claims.  相似文献
